Remove or Poke Film. Microwave Mantu Sauce for approximately 4-5 minutes. Stir and Serve it with your favourite Mantu. Preheat Oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Remove Sleeve. Remove or Poke Film. Place Mantu Sauce inside the oven for 10-12 minutes. Stir & serve it with your favourite Mantu. Mix one cup of yogurt with freshly crushed garlic and salt for taste. Brush some yogurt-garlic-mix on a plate and lay Veggie Mantu or Ashak. Put more yogurt-garlic-mix on Veggie Mantu / Ashak followed by some dry crushed mint and Halal Fine Food's "Ground Beef Sauce" or "Ground Chicken Sauce". Serve it hot. Veggie Mantu. Ashak.
