Split Chickpea, Tomato, Water, Tomato Paste, Canola Oil, Salt.
- Remove Sleeve. Remove or Poke Film.
- Microwave Mantu Sauce for approximately 4-5 minutes. Stir and Serve it with your favourite Mantu.
- Preheat Oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Remove Sleeve.
- Remove or Poke Film. Place Mantu Sauce inside the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Stir & serve it with your favourite Mantu.
- Mix one cup of yogurt with freshly crushed garlic and salt for taste.
- Brush some yogurt-garlic-mix on a plate and lay Veggie Mantu or Ashak.
- Put more yogurt-garlic-mix on Veggie Mantu / Ashak followed by some dry crushed mint and Halal Fine Food's "Ground Beef Sauce" or "Ground Chicken Sauce". Serve it hot.
